Level I: Safety by Commitment
Level II: Safety by Education
It is a level to encourage the rider and co-rider to get as much education as possible through formal education by attending Rider Education Seminars and Riding Courses.
Level III: Safety by Preparedness
It is the level that prepares the rider and co-rider for the unexpected incident by training them in CPR and First Aid.
Level IV: Master Tour Rider
It is the total package which allows a member to Consciously decide to SET THE EXAMPLE for others by combining all the above with additionally wearing the proper riding gear.
It's purpose is to obtain and reward a conscious commitment on the part of the rider or co-rider to work toward enhancing their riding experience by striving for reduced risk and therefore creating a greater level of safety for all members.
